Beacon Scores Understanding
There are many factors that affect a credit score besides negative credit, although negative credit is the major factor. In addition, there are many elements that are considered in the process of calculating your credit score. The factors are as followed: Payment History, The Amount Owed, Length of Credit History, Type of Credit Used, New Credit, Delinquent Accounts, Derogatory Accounts, Collection Accounts, Charge- Offs, Judgements, Bankruptcies, Tax Liens, and etc. The removal of negative items will help your credit score increase. Throughout this process, the said client(s) must keep the following accounts current: Mortgage(s), Auto Loan(s), Bank Loan(s), Credit Card(s), Student Loan(s), Utility Bill(s), or any other loans that may be charged to your credit reports due to neglect. No specific credit score can be predicted; however, we have been successful on many occasions helping our clients increase their credit scores over 700. As part of our service, we will help show a breakdown of what makes up the credit score, and advise you how you can improve your score.
Limited Power of Attorney
This is a limited Power of Attorney providing Pyrial Financial Services with permission to represent you as your disclosed or undisclosed agent when writing, signing, and sending letters to the credit bureaus and other parties as deemed appropriate and in accordance with the purposed described in the Agreement.
You may cancel your authorization and your Limited Power of Attorney at any time by sending Pyrial Financial Services an e-mail stating that you retract your authorization. Without this authorization and Limited Power of Attorney, Pyrial Financial Services is unable to represent you, and cancelling it will terminate this Agreement.
By agreeing to these terms and providing my social security number, I certify that I am of age, acknowledge that I have read the legal disclosures, and give Pyrial Financial Services a limited Power of Attorney to perform on my behalf. You are representing and agreeing that you accept all terms and conditions.
Do We Offer A Guarantee?
Please keep in mind that every case is different and no specific results can be predicted. Pyrial Financial Services warranties the success of its work by offering a satisfaction guarantee. In the event we are unable to better your credit in the time frame explained in the Client Agreement. You may cancel at any time with no further obligation. Pyrial Financial Services does not charge termination fees or penalties.
How Long Will It Take To Restore My Credit?
The amount of time it takes is different in every circumstance. Many of our clients see good results within 30 to 60 days. On an average, it takes about 6 months to a year in most cases, but could be longer given the number of negative marks on your credit reports. Often, we can increase a person credit score by a full letter grade in the first cycle. The progress of your case will also depend on you forwarding credit reports and letters from the credit agencies to us as soon as you receive them.
How Do I Get Updates on My Case?
You will receive updated credit reports from all three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) once every 45 to 60 days. At the time you will see what was deleted and will need to mail the originals to us so that we can continue working on the remaining items. You will actually know what was deleted before we do, which is why it is so important that you forward all credit bureau correspondence within a few days of receiving it.
Miscellaneous
If any provisions of these terms and conditions of Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed and severable from these Terms and Conditions of Use and shall not affect validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions of Use constitiute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.

Credit/Debit Recurring Payment Authorization
I authorize Pyrial Financial Services to charge my credit/debit card for payment of the initial review/set up fee, dispute process, and counseling fees. There will be a recurring fee at the end of each month for service rendered. You agree to grant Pyrial Financial Services permission to withdraw the specified review/set up fees and monthly fees from your credit card, debit, or bank account. If you agree upon payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until the last recurring payment is drafted or I cancel it in writing and I agree to notify Pyrial Financial Services in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date.
I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit/debit card and that I will not dispute the scheduled payments with my credit/debit card company provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization.
Permission to Pull Your Credit Reports
You agree to give Pyrial Financial Services permission to pull your credit repots for the initial review of your credit history, to systematically review your credit progress, and for credit monitoring.
